Delivery and Returns Information

We aim to process and despatch orders as quickly as possible.
We mostly use DHL or Royal Mail for low cost shipments.
Normally we use stamps for postage, also for parcels but not by DHL

RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it you can, of course, do so. All items we sell are covered by our 28-day money-back guarantee.
Just return them to us suitably packaged, in a saleable condition we will refund your original payment.

Before any return you need to ask for a return-note with your name and the return address specified which has to be enclosed in your shipping.

RETURNS KILOWARE
Only unbroken bags accepted for returns, as picking out the goodies is not accepted.
Please note that soaking uncancelled stamps and fraudently reuse them for postage is illegal.
Therefore we will never give any information if any of our kiloware bags contain uncancelled stamps.
